The aim of the program is to prepare future researchers-specialists motivated in the future to make a teaching and scientific career
Introduction to Law – 5 ECTS;
Law of obligations 1-5 ECTS;
Law of obligations 2-5 ECTS
Total: 15 ECTS
There is no need to study prerequisite subjects if your Master’s degree (major) is a relative specialty.
ON1: Conduct independent legal research using modern methods of knowledge
ON2: Present the results of scientific research by participating in conferences and publishing in leading domestic and foreign publications
ON3: Carry out the process of scientific research on the relevant topic by setting and developing issues related to the subject of research
ON4: Analyze the state of current legislation, assess the proper regulation of public relations on the basis of knowledge about the main theoretical and practical aspects of legal science
ON5: Possess the skills of studying the problems of material and procedural law, to prepare an expert-legal opinion, using a scientific approach, knowledge and skills obtained at theoretical courses
The main goal of the program is to provide future researchers who are motivated to pursue a teaching and research career. The advantages of studying on the program are an organic combination of research and practical training of doctoral students in the field of law. Training is combined with the opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of practicing lawyers; the program organizes master classes, public lectures by leading lawyers.

Beta Career is a special course for fourth year students that covers all elective courses of the penultimate semester of a study program. Beta Career is optional and has its own requirements described in the next sections. The number of students that are admitted to Beta Career is limited.
Goals
The goals of Beta Career are the following:

– Apply theoretical knowledge to practice
– Get necessary basic knowledge
– Install network contacts
Duration
The duration of Beta Career is 15 weeks. It starts in September, and ends in December.
Grading Policy
The indicated score in the statement is 60 percent from the Organization and 40 percent (15 points for providing a weekly report, 25 points for the final presentation) from the University.
The assessment criteria should correspond to the quality of assimilation and application of skills corresponding to the subjects of the 7th semester specified in the syllabus.
Important
The company should be located in the city of Almaty.
