Group Counselling is conducted in the Psychodrama method. Psychodrama is a method for realizing your inner conflicts and contradictions. An opportunity to look at your present in a new way, and to meet your past. This method allows you to model the future, it teaches mutual understanding and dialogue.
You are welcome to share as much as you wish about yourself in the group, however, the more open you are the better experience you will have. Group Counselling is for students only. The group meets one day every week for 1,5-2 hours during one semester. Done only on campus.
This is a way to gain new experience, knowledge or skills that will help make your life richer, interesting and fulfilled. We organize:
- Trainings for self-development
- Art therapy sessions
- Tedtalks and more
