Program description
The complex nature of the program will allow graduates to work effectively in government bodies and business structures operating in the field of communications, information and telecommunication technologies, as well as in research centers of this profile. Graduates of the master’s program will fill of market demand, companies whose job are related to information technology. Such lawyers will have knowledge in such areas of law as cyber law, telecommunications law, information law, intellectual property law, and also understand the processes taking place in the development of law. The complex nature of the Master’s program “Law of Information Technologies” will allow graduates to work effectively in government bodies and business structures operating in the field of communications, information and telecommunication technologies, as well as in research centers of this profile.
Learning outcomes
applying mechanisms of legal support of business in the field of information systems, create and maintain communication links;
evaluating legislative and law enforcement practice, preparation of draft normative legal acts and administrative decisions in the field of their professional activity;
carrying out scientific research at the intersection of law, communications, information and telecommunication technologies;
being able to analyze, verify, evaluate the completeness of information in the course of professional activity, if necessary, making up and synthesizing missing information and work in conditions of uncertainty;
being able to carry out competent document management; to make various documents of a legal nature; to analyze and solve legal problems in the field of information systems, cyber attacks.
