We are pleased to announce that SDU University has shown a significant improvement in the prestigious QS Asia University Rankings 2025. Last year, our university ranked between 551-600 in Asia, while this year, it has risen to positions 461-470.

Furthermore, SDU has entered the top 500 universities in Asia and the top 30 universities in Central Asia, reaffirming its leadership and substantial contribution to education and science in the region.

QS Asia University Rankings 2025 includes 35 Kazakhstani universities, marking an absolute record in the country’s higher education history.

In the QS Best Student Cities Rankings, Astana and Almaty made their debut in the list of the world’s best student cities.

In both the QS Global MBA Rankings and QS Best Student Cities Rankings, Kazakhstan is the only country from Central Asia represented.
