Yesterday in Almaty, in the “Gylym Ordasy” building, a solemn event was held dedicated to the official presentation of the newly elected academicians of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the scientific community. The event was attended by the first leaders and representatives of forty universities and 40 research institutes, more than 50 young scientists, as well as representatives of the media.

This event celebrated the outstanding achievements of scientists who have made significant contributions to the development of science in Kazakhstan. It emphasized the important role of science in the development of the country and marked the beginning of the formation of a renewed composition of the National Academy of Sciences under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As part of this event, an extended meeting of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. At the meeting, the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists, Maksat Kizatovich Zhabagin, reported on the six-month work of the council. Academicians also took part in the meeting, which contributed to the establishment of continuity. Young scientists discussed the development of domestic science and made new proposals.
