The Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – Committee) reports the following regarding the attestation case of Nurlan Zhanserik, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D070400 – Computer Engineering and Software.
Nurlan Zhanserik’s dissertation work on the specialty 6D070400 – Computer Engineering and Software on the topic “Development and research of a routing algorithm for a wireless Mesh network” was approved by Order No. 127 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 “Rules for awarding degrees” (hereinafter – Rules) in order to determine the author’s contribution to scientific publications in accordance with paragraph 5 of the rules, based on the decision of the expert council, by order of the Chairman of the Committee No. 85 dated January 18, 2024, a decision was made to re-defend the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
