Computer Science students have won a competition organised by Google
The event was attended by invited Google experts from other countries who shared their knowledge and experience.
The goal of Google Devfest Almaty 2023 is to gather speakers from different countries and experts ready to share their knowledge and skills.
This is the first free IT conference in three languages with international speakers and 1500+ registrations.
The conference was held in three tracks: Dev, AI, Startup, covering topics on Google AI, development of startups working with Go, and updates in the Android world.
There was also an Ideathon on two projects: Open Banking and Digital tenge, where they had to come up with market use cases. Three teams were awarded prizes, two teams from SDU University of Business Analysis course, which were given gifts, as well as the opportunity to get an internship in the National Payment Corporation of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the conference participants were able to personally communicate with experts, speakers and sponsors.
