SDU University Faculty of Pedagogy and Humanities and MDE Center organized a history week “Tugyry biik tugan el” dedicated to the Republic Day.
On the first day in order to instill a patriotic spirit in young people, the music “Atameken” and “Anthem” was played in a solemn procession led by cadets of the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications.
On the second day, an exhibition from a number of historical museums of Karasai district was organized. In particular, exhibits of the State Archive of Almaty region, memorial museum Batyr Babalar, Museum Anaga Kurmet were presented.
Representatives of the museum answered questions of interested students and shared historical events.
Also in order to increase the popularity of Kazakh national games and national cuisine among young people it is planned to organize “Competitions of national games and exhibition of national cuisine”, organized by students of historical and educational club “Zamana”.
