"VIP" security organization was organized on May 29, 2004 on the following principles:

  • careful selection of personnel in the security service;
  • the rejection of the stereotypes of the Soviet-era patrol service in the organization of service at protected sites;
  • equipping the security personnel with uniform outfits with the appropriate image requests of the organization's customers;
  • recruitment of the administrative and managerial staff of the organization by initiative, creative thinking workers with experience in private security organizations for at least 5 years.
