SDU Extension School successfully held two seminars on "The Art of Communication" and "The Psychology of Communication."
The first seminar covered techniques for effective communication, including active listening and
conflict resolution. The second seminar focused on the psychological aspects of communication,
such as emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Both events included practical exercises
and role-playing activities.
Special thanks to Assem Kaukенova and Madina Kosai for their contributions to organizing the
seminars.
