Don’t miss the chance to participate on “I want to be a Journalist” contest!
Republican competition for the future journalists will be held this year for the third year in a row by the School of Journalism at SDU University.
The competition will be held in March and May 2024, and students of the 11th grade of general education schools, lyceums and gymnasiums of the Republic of Kazakhstan and 12th grade of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools (NZM) can take part in it. The competition consists of 2 stages. The first stage will be held in the online test format on March 30, and the second stage will be held on May 3-4 at the SDU base.
The second stage of the competition lasts two days. The students who won the 1st place in the 3rd Republican essay contest “I want to be a journalist” will receive a 4-year educational grant from SDU University. And the applicants who win the II place will get a 50 percent discount, and the III place winner will get a 30 percent discount to study at SDU.
