Professor of Texas University visited the Faculty of Education and Humanities
Mourat Tchoshanov, PhD in Philosophy and Professor from Texas University, spent two and a half months at the Faculty of Education and Humanities, Department of Natural Sciences, as part of the Fulbright program.
This experience strengthened his qualifications as an outstanding STEM professional. The internship included weekly regular seminars for faculty in the department, lectures to master’s and PhD students, and advising on research topics. A series of seminars were devoted to the issues of STEM direction and its teaching, arising at the intersection of natural sciences. In this way, the directions of further joint projects with the faculty of the department were clarified.
Mourat Tchoshanov donated a number of books to the university library on behalf of Texas University.
