Science Department of Suleyman Demirel University is a structural unit in the office Vice-Rector for Academic and Scientific Affairs. We serve to our faculties in their research related activities. It was established in 2011 to improve the effectiveness of research and innovation at Suleyman Demirel University, to ensure maximum use of scientific research and the development of scientific potential and material and technical base.
Participation in the organization of state policy in the field of science and ensuring the comprehensive development of research in accordance with world scientific achievements.
Administering research honoraria to faculty quality research outputs.
Assisting the academic staff in participation to various competitions related to research projects, funding at different levels.
Provide technical support in publishing the university quarterly bulletin and other journals Monitoring and coordination of research activities of research institutes, laboratories, faculties and departments at SDU Organization and monitoring the improvement of the quality of scientific publications of staff and faculty of the university (in journals with high impact factor and rating, etc.).
Organization and control of receipt of protected documents based on the results of research conducted by university staff and faculty. Coordination and monitoring of the university students’ research related work. Administering and providing research related software packages and services to faculties including anti-plagiarism service.
