What is ISPT?
ISPT is an Olympiad for international students. Organized annually it has an aim to enforce international collaboration and giving access for international students to know more about SDU and Kazakhstani educational experience.
African counties: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia
Asian countries: Mongolia, Russian Federation – Yakutiya, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan
April – May, 2020 года
There is no deadline to apply, you can apply any day before the Olympiad takes place in the country or your residence
High school students who are graduating the upcoming academic year from African (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia) and Asian (Mongolia, Russian Federation – Yakutiya, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan) countries.
The Olympiad is of two parts:
The first part is a general test on Mathematical knowledge and English language. There are 100 questions on the test. 50 questions on Maths and 50 questions on English language.
The second part of the Olympiad is a writing task. The participant writes an essay in English of more than 250 words.

Why do I deserve to become SDU scholarship holder?
A winner can choose any profession from the list offered by SDU.
The scholarship covers tuition fee for all 4 years of education, but does NOT include any monthly/annual stipend/financial aid.
The Olympiad takes place in the following countries:
Russian Federation – Yakutiya
The exact place and time is announced 2-3 days before the test.
There are two ways to register: online and offline.
Online registration takes place on the website, following the link: the link will be posted very soon.
Offline registration takes place during educational exhibitions or SDU information sessions AND just before the test.
You need 2 documents to get registered for the Olympiad:
- ID card or Passport
- Confirmation letter from school that student is enrolled to High school
