Profile
Dina Bakranova received PhD in Physics with a dissertation on nanotechnology and nanomaterials in 2017. Assistant Professor on Faculty of Engineering & Natural Sciences at Suleyman Demirel University. Received the state scientific scholarship for talented young scientists in 2020. Received the state scientific project for young scientists 2021-2023 on the topic: “Investigation of nanostructured and single-crystal layers of silicon carbide and metal oxides synthesized by physicochemical methods for nanoelectronics". Visiting scholar of the Bolashak USA, Washington, George Washington University in May 2022 - May 2023. Worked at Kazakh-British Technical University as a Deputy Head of the Center of Alternative Energy and Nanotechnologies, and Assistant Professor in Physycs from 2017 to 2024. Fields of interest are in semiconductors, solar cells technology, and the structure of thin films.
