She is assistant professor and a research coordinator for the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at Suleyman Demirel University. Her doctoral research focused on the role of norms (ideas, identity, and culture) in the constraining and strengthening of region-building processes in Eurasia. She had worked at the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she was also dealt with the negotiation process between the Kazakh government and other foreign governments and international institutions (WTO, ITC, UNCTAD, WIPO, ASEAN and Eurasian Economic Commission); and lecturing experiences at the Suleyman Demirel University (Almaty), KIMEP University (Almaty), and International University of Japan (Niigata prefecture).
