Amina Gassanova joined Suleyman Demirel University (SDU) in Kazakhstan in 2015 as a teacher-assistant. Since 2015 she has been working as a member of SDU Business School team . Currently she is a doctoral candidate at Narxoz University, where she is due to complete PhD requirements by May 2021. In addition, she is member of HR research Institute at narxoz University. Her Reserach Interest is HR Management, Social Insurance as well as gender studies.
