SDU University concluded a contract with Zhanuya Zhumabek Med Center to provide medical care for its students. The medical center provides outpatient medical care to students and staff of SDU University.
The Medical Center is located on the 1st Floor, G block 109, room 110 and SDU Students' House, D block on the 1st floor.

Prevention and treatment of tuberculosis is one of the priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is supported by legislative acts of the state and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Annual preventive fluorographic examination is mandatory for all residents of the country.
Tuberculosis at an early stage of the disease is well treatable. Take care of your health - pass fluorographic examination in time.
All students who are studying are obliged to submit a picture with a description to the SDU University Medical Center every year after the expiry of the fluorography examination period. Those who do not submit in a timely manner will automatically be blocked from entering the portal.
In case of absence from classes for health reasons, the student is obliged to provide supporting documents (reports) to the medical center, drawn up in accordance with the following requirements and in due time:
1. Term of submission of supporting documents: the medical center accepts the certificate within 5 (five) working days from the moment of its issuance;
2. In the certificate the difference between the date of issue and the date of recovery shall not be more than 3 (three) working days;
3. It is allowed to provide the medical center with a signal sheet from the ambulance, and the time of the call must correspond to the period from 900 to 1800 in the signal sheet;
4. It is allowed to provide a certificate from a dentist with the validity period from 1 to 5 days, with the stamp of the organization and the dentist's doctor;
5. If the student received inpatient treatment, then for the period of illness should be provided a certificate from the hospital in the form №037/e (Annex 1);
6. If the student was sick for more than 21 (twenty-one) days, must be provided with certificates in the following forms: certificate #037/e (Appendix 1) and certificate #026/u VKK (Medical Advisory Commission) (Appendix 2);
7. The provided certificates shall be executed in accordance with the annexes to this memo, and shall contain the following information:
— Reference number No;
— Identifier of the medical organization (name, stamp);
— Identifier of the polyclinic doctor (full name, stamp);
— Diagnosis;
— QR
8. In the case of providing the student, false information and / or false documents (reports) Medical Center is obliged to send information about the misconduct of the student to the relevant faculty / school in order to bring such a student to disciplinary responsibility in the manner prescribed by the internal regulations of the institution “SDU University”.
