Description
SDU University is looking for passionate, experienced and visionary scientists who could join our academic community. We invite you to apply for several full-time teaching positions at the Multidisciplinary Education Center. The opportunities are open to candidates from various academic levels and fields of specialization.
Areas of Specialization (by discipline):
– Kazakh language
– ICT ( Information and Communication Technologies (in English)
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field (required for professorial positions) or Master’s degree (for senior lecturer roles)
- University-level teaching experience
- The ability to adapt the course content to the specifics of different educational programs (humanities, technical, pedagogical, etc.)
- Readiness for continuous professional development and the development of new digital tools.
- Understanding the principles of digital ethics, academic integrity, and information security in teaching.
- Interest and/or experience in curriculum development and academic leadership
- Engagement in scholarly activities and the international academic community
English language proficiency:
- B1 level or higher (for Kazakh language)
- B2 level or higher (for Information and Communication Technologies)
Working conditions
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Working hours: 5/2, 08:30-17:30, lunchtime 12:30-13:30
