Dr. Davronzhon Gaipov has been appointed as the Executive Deputy-Rector of SDU University
Dr. Gaipov is a graduate of the International Kazakh-Turkish University, holds a Master’s degree from KazUIR&WL, and earned his Doctorate from the Eurasian Humanities Institute. He is also a Bolashak International Scholarship alumnus and has completed a research internship at the University of Cambridge, with visiting research roles at the University of Birmingham and Aston University.
Dr. Gaipov brings a wealth of experience in higher education leadership, with a particular focus on multilingual education, the internationalisation of higher education institutions, and the strategic development of transnational education (TNE) campuses in Kazakhstan. He is currently the Principal Investigator of a state-funded research project, further contributing to innovation and reform in Kazakhstan’s education sector.
His appointment marks a continued commitment of SDU University to strengthening its academic leadership and expanding its international engagement.
