Dr. Moldabayeva earned her degree in History from the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi. She then completed her Master’s and PhD programs at Gazi University in the Republic of Turkey.

Since 2005, she has held teaching and managerial positions at various universities across Kazakhstan. Notably, she taught History at HKTU and SDU, served as the Head of the Law Department, Director of the Academic-Methodological Center and Student Affairs Office, and was responsible for licensing processes. Over the past three years, she has been leading the “Humanities” Department.
