Official Visit of SDU Delegation to China
In June 2025, a delegation from SDU University paid an official visit to the People’s Republic of China. During the visit, meetings were held with leading Chinese universities to discuss the expansion of international cooperation.
The delegation included: Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences — Madiyar Saudbayev, Science Coordinator — Aizada Nuriddenova, Head of the Department of Law — Aizhan Kопбаева, and Head of the Department of Social Sciences — Aikerim Alimzhanova.
Throughout the visit, the SDU delegation held official meetings with representatives of eight prestigious Chinese universities, including Beijing Normal University, China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, Shanghai International Studies University, Tianjin Foreign Studies University, Tianjin Normal University, Tsinghua University, and Tongji University.
Discussions focused on launching dual-degree programs, academic exchange for students and faculty, professional development, and organizing joint research and conferences. Chinese partners expressed strong interest in strengthening the collaboration.
