A memorandum was signed between SDU and the university of Wyoming
The faculty of Law and Social Sciences hosted a special visit from the teaching staff of the University of Wyoming, USA. The distinguished guests, who came with the intent of fostering mutual cooperation, were introduced to the operations of SDU and became acquainted with its teaching staff. As a result, a memorandum was signed between the two universities.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Madiyar Saudbayev, the Director of the Department of International Relations at SDU, Beibit Dyuzyupov, and representatives of the University of Wyoming – Professor Cindy Price Schultz and Professor Michael Brown. The guests were introduced to the educational programs and research projects being implemented at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. Students from SDU’s School of Journalism witnessed this significant event.
The agreement was made possible thanks to the efforts of Askat Erkinbay, a graduate of the University of Wyoming and a senior lecturer at SDU.
