HR Forum 2023 - the place where strategies for creating favorable conditions for employees were discussed
On December 8, a large-scale HR forum organized by the Business School was held in the SDU Life building.
The forum, dedicated to the theme of “caring for employees,” brought together some of the HR industry’s top professionals to share their experiences. The speakers included Evgenia Ni, Vice-President of HR Administration and Management Department at Air Astana, Loretta O’Donnell, Vice-Provost for Academic Affairs at Nazarbayev University and other HR professionals.
Each speaker, based on their experience, answered the question of how to create an effective system that takes care of employees. Faculty, university staff and students who came to the meeting with qualified specialists received answers to many questions.
The HR Forum provided a unique opportunity to learn about current trends, share experiences and discuss ways to create better conditions for employees.
