Обучение по программе “Менеджмент” позволяет нашим выпускникам стать экспертами по управлению проектами, обладающих знаниями, навыками, инструментами и методами для планирования, выполнения и контроля проектов в целях достижения определенных целей в рамках заданных ресурсных ограничений.

Если имеется степень бакалавра по родственным специальностям, пререквизиты сдавать не нужно.

  • Определить основные принципы, приемы и инструменты современного управления проектами в хронологическом порядке жизненного цикла проекта, используя стандарты управления проектами;
  • Способствовать формированию высокообразованной личности с широким кругозором, путем понимания базовых знаний в области социальных, гуманитарных дисциплин;
  • Выявлять научные и экономические проблемы и оценивать их с использованием различных источников информации;
  • Успешно управлять проектами, применяя методы эффективных коммуникативных навыков в проектных задачах;
  • Повысить конкурентоспособность на рынке труда, используя дополнительный профессиональный английский;
  • Анализировать данные, понимая изучаемую ситуацию, выявляя тенденций, прогнозируя и получая рекомендаций, средствами Excell и языка программирования Python;
  • Успешно реализовать проект в рамках графика, бюджета и ресурсов, применяя гибкие технологии управления проектами;
  • Уметь эффективно управлять процессами в проектах, деятельностью проектной команды, а также принимать решения приводящие к успешной реализации проекта посредством использования соответствующих инструментов и методов управления проектами;
  • Написать научную работу в области управления проектами, используя приобретенные в процессе обучения навыки академического, исследовательского, критического мышления;
  • Уметь использовать современные методы и принципы управления цепочками поставок на практике, с помощью полученных в ходе курса компетенций;
  • Использовать дизайн-мышление и критическое мышление для внедрения инновационных идей и удовлетворения требований заинтересованных сторон проекта;
  • Управлять финансовыми аспектами проекта, включая его стоимость, доход и прибыль, используя ключевые методы оценки;
  • Оценивать и предотвращать потенциальные проблемы на всех этапах проекта, используя методы оценки рисков и внедряя стратегии, которые обеспечат защиту проекта.

Rustem Karimov is a finance professional and Senior Lecturer at SDU University with over 12 years of combined academic and industry experience. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol (UK), earned through the prestigious Bolashak International Presidential Scholarship, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of International Business. At SDU, he teaches courses such as Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Financial Modelling and Finance in Project Management. His research interests include impression management in financial reporting, monetary policy, and corporate transparency, reflecting a strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based finance. Rustem has also led and advised numerous financial projects through his consulting firm, ABD Capital, contributing to the financial growth and strategic development of SMEs. His academic and professional achievements demonstrate a dedication to integrating research, practice, and teaching to promote sustainable and intelligent financial decision making.

Nurzhan Mukashev, MD, PhD, MHSA, is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Center for Health, Policy and Management (CHPM) at SDU University, Kaskelen, Kazakhstan. His research focuses on health systems management, organizational resilience, and the climate-health nexus, with a regional emphasis on Central Asia. He teaches graduate courses in Health Market Analysis, Corporate Financial Management, and Research Methods, integrating data-driven approaches and real-world cases. Dr. Mukashev leads projects to strengthen the adaptive capacity of healthcare providers facing climate-related disruptions and works at the interface of academia, health organizations, and policy institutions to advance sustainable and resilient health systems.

Symbat Moldabekova is an Assistant Professor at the Economics and Business Department of SDU University. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School (UK). Her research focuses on technology and innovation management, technology investment decision-making, and organizational decision processes, with particular attention to the banking and financial services sector. She has teaching experience in business and management disciplines at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom. Prior to academia, she worked in commercial banks in Kazakhstan, including managerial and appraisal roles. Her academic work integrates qualitative research methods with practical insights to support evidence-based management education and research-driven teaching.

Lulu S. Olan’g holds a PhD in Public Policy, she is an Economist, public policy analyst, and researcher with over ten years of experience. She has research expertise in energy policy, sustainability, natural resource governance, and environmental regulation in developing and transition economies. Her work examines the political economy of energy systems, energy transition, ESG implementation, and environmental governance. She has extensive international and institutional experience, having conducted applied policy research, secondary data analysis, and qualitative studies in collaboration with academic and policy-oriented institutions. She has published in peer-reviewed international journals and contributes to policy briefs and applied research aimed at informing decision-making.
Dr. Olan’g is currently a Senior Lecturer at Suleyman Demirel University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in economics and public policy and contributes to curriculum development, assessment design, and student research supervision.

Abylay Tursyn is a Senior Lecturer at SDU University whose academic and research focus centers on applied econometrics and public procurement, with particular interest in strategic models for sustainability and evidence-based evaluation of procurement performance using large-scale administrative data from Kazakhstan. He is a PhD student in Economics and contributes to institutional research activity through work with SDU University’s Regional Development Center, supporting data-driven regional development and policy analysis initiatives. At SDU, he teaches Statistics, Econometrics for Business Analysis, and Applied Analytics, designing practice-oriented assessments that train students to work with real datasets, test hypotheses, and communicate results clearly. His key contributions include building and maintaining reproducible data pipelines and analytical workflows (R/SQL) for research and classroom use, integrating modern quantitative methods (including count models and survival analysis) into teaching, and translating research-grade analytics into practical decision-support tools that strengthen applied learning and institutional capacity.

Since Infomatrix Asia is an international project competition and current lingua franca is English language, we decided that everything(documentation, presentation, submission) will be in English.

Starting from this year, participation doesn’t give opportunity get max at ENT.

All participants who study at secondary school must participate with their supervisors. Due to the security concerns of the participants.

Look carefully at category requirements, but common thing is: great presentation, clear documentation, completed project, short video demonstrating your knowledge of English Participants from Kazakhstan should have participated on regional, city, republic project competitions before.

Infomatrix Asia is an independent competition. Therefore, you are free to submit your project to any other competitions.

The participation fee is a required fixed cost that covers: transportation, medals, t-shirts, certificates, food, lodging and so on…

Как заработать бонусные баллы?

Участники имеют возможность заработать от 1 до 5 бонусных баллов, написав интересный и креативный пост об олимпиаде SPT на своей странице в Instagram. Пост может быть в любом формате, как текст, фото или видео.

Творчеству нет предела, дай волю своим фантазиям!
Напиши мечту, сочини рассказ, сними видео, мотивируй своих друзей, пригласи их участвовать вместе!

Это тот самый момент, когда даже 0,5 баллов решают, достоин ты гранта или нет. Поэтому очень советуем воспользоваться этой  возможностью.

Условия:

  • Опубликовать интересный и креативный пост (с текстом не менее 50 слов, от имени участника)
  • Отметить @sdukz на фото (tag)
  • Хэштег #spt2020 #sdukz
  • Указать в посте ФИО, кластер и последние 6 цифр своего ИИН через хэштег (например, Ахметов Айбек, #кластер2, #123456.
  • Страница участника должна быть открытой до 10 марта.

Посты оцениваются организаторами олимпиады таким образом:

▫️1 балл:
— есть пост, выполнены все условия;
▫️2 балла:
— пост с хорошо написанным текстом;
▫️3 балла:
— интересный пост с качественно снятым и смонтированным видео;
▫️4 и 5 баллов:
— качественные посты с хорошим охватом, количеством лайков и комментариев.

Оценивая посты, организаторы в первую очередь обращают внимание на качество поста. То есть, даже с текстом можно получить максимальный балл. Или наоборот, посты которые набрали тысячи лайкав, могут получить только 1 балл из за плохого качества.

Посты принимаются до завершения онлайн регистрации.

Дарынды студенттерді қолдау

Бұл бағдарлама көрнекті студенттерге, олардың әл-ауқатына қарамастан арналған. Бағдарламаға лайықты студенттер белгілі академиялық және әлеуметтік жетістіктерді көрсетуі тиіс. Бұл бағдарлама толық немесе ішінара гранттар беру немесе жатақханалық орын беру арқылы студенттердің кәсіби және жеке дамуына ықпал етуге арналған. Грантты оның барлық әрекет ету мерзімі ішінде сақтау үшін алушы әр семестр белгіленген ең төменгі орташа ұпайға сәйкес келуі тиіс.

Профессорлық-оқытушылар құрамын (профессорларды) қолдау

Ғылыми-зерттеу тағылымдама бағдарламасын қолдау. Профессорлық-оқытушылар құрамы академиялық бағдарламаны әзірлейді және университетте ғылыми зерттеулер жүргізеді. Осы бағдарлама аясында СДУ профессорлық-оқытушылар құрамына шетелде ғылыми зерттеулермен айналысуға мүмкіндік береді. Сіздің қайырмдылық көмегіңіз ұшуға, тұруға және ай сайынғы еңбекақысының 6 айдан 1 жылға дейін өтейді. СДУ сондай-ақ шетелден келген профессорларды жергілікті оқытушылар мен студенттермен өз білімдері мен тәжірибелерін бөлісуге шақырады.
 “Жас маман”бағдарламасын қолдау. “Жас маман” бағдарламасы СДУ үздік түлектерін іріктеу және оқытушылардың ассистенті ретінде академиялық мансабының бастапқы кезеңінде оларға көмек көрсету арқылы университеттің адами капиталын дамытуға бағытталған. Жас мамандар шетелде докторлық дәреже алуға және беделді университеттерде бай ғылыми зерттеу тәжірибесін алуға ынталандырылады. Оқытушылардың ассистенттері профессорлық-оқытушылық құрамнан стипендиялар мен кәсіби кеңестер алады.

«Болашақ» халықаралық стипендиясының екі дүркін иегері. 2011 жылы Англияның Newcastle университетінің магистратурасын Халықаралық мультимедиалық журналистика мамандығы бойынша бітірген. Ал 2021 жылдың наурыз айында Шотландияның Glasgow университетінде үш жылдан астам уақыт бойы жазған докторлық диссертациясын мерзімінен бұрын сәтті қорғап шықты. 1 айдан кейін оған Медиа және мәдени саясат мамандығы бойынша ресми түрде Философия докторы ғылыми атағы берілді. Dr Әсел негізі 1451 жылы қаланған университеттің Мәдени саясатты зерттеу орталығында (Centre for Cultural Policy Research) қызмет еткен. Аты әлемге әйгілі, nationalism ұғымының Ұлыбританияда негізін қалаушылардың бірі Эрнест Геллнерден тәлім алған Филип Слесинджердің шәкірті. Сондай-ақ, ол  магистратура студенттеріне Зерттеу әдістері (Research Methods) пәнінен дәріс оқып, Қазақстаннан тұңғыш рет PhD дәрежесін иеленген маман атанады. 

Докторлық диссертациясы, «Қазақ киносы және ұлт: сыни талдау» тақырыбы, ұлт құрылысы (nation building)  тәсілімдемесі арқылы зерттелген (Kazakh cinema and the nation: a critical analysis – Enlighten: Theses (gla.ac.uk)). Ғылыми еңбекте ол қазақ киносына британ әлеуметтанушы Энтони Смиттің энтосимволизм концепциясы бойынша талдау жасап, қазақ халқының ұлт болып қалыптасуына атажұрттық фильмдердің әсері қаншалықты деген сұраққа жан-жақты жауап беруге ұмтылады. 

Диссертацияның жаңалығы – бұл отандық Еуразия Халықаралық  кинофестивалін академиялық тұрғыдан алғаш рет зерттеп, ғылымның фильм фестивальдері (film festival studies) атты жаңа саласына EurIFF ұғымын тұңғыш рет енгізді (бұл турасында ағылшын тілді ғылымда бір де бір диссертацияны айтағанның өзінде,  ғылыми орта назар аударарлық мақала да жоқтың қасы). Сонымен қатар, осы саланы зерттеп жүрген әлем зерттеушілеріне қазақ киносын, Қазақстанның халықаралық фестивалін ғылыми еңбегі арқылы танымалдандырды. 

Бұған дейін Әсел Қамза «Хабар» арнасында 2006-2010 жж. аралығында  «Азамат» жастар бағдарламасының редакторы, кейіннен продюсері, «Біз айтсақ…» ток-шоуының шеф-редакторы, қазақ және орыс тілінде хабар таратқан «Бизнес мекен» таңғы бағдарламасының сценарисі қызметін атқарып, ондаған тікелей эфирлерде жұмыс жасап, практик-журналист ретінде тәжірибесін толықтырды. Оның ішінде 2008-2009 жылдары «Қазақстанда жасалған» атты отандық өндірушілерді қолдау мақсатында ашылған тележобаның сценарист-редакторы әрі жүргізушісі болып жұмыс істеген. 2011-2014 жылдары «Қазақстан темір жолы» ҰК» АҚ Ішкі протокол және бұқарамен байланыс департаментінде маман деңгейінен бастап, жарнама бөлімінің бастығы позициясына дейін көтеріліп, 160 000-нан астам қызметкері бар  ұлттық компанияның  PR стратегиясын дамытып, үйлестіруге үлес қосқан. 

Сулейман Демирель Университетінде бакалавриат және магистратура шәкірттеріне қазақ және ағылшын тілдерінде Масс коммуникация теориясы, Зерттеу әдістері, Масс коммуникациядағы зерттеу әдістері, Медиа Социология және Бейне композиция пәндерінен сабақ береді. Ұлыбританияда 5 жылға жуық уақыт ішінде жинаған бүкіл өнегесі мен бар тәжірибесін күнделікті дәрісінде пайдалануға тырысады. Студенттеріне сыни ойлауға, сындарлы пікір білдіруге жөн сілтейді. Ғылыми жұмыс жазған кезде, кеңестік кезден келе жатқан дәстүрлі жүйе бойынша, тек ғылыми жетекшінің жөн-жобасын ғана басшылыққа алуды ғана үйретпей, шын мәнінде бүкіл жауапкершілікті өз мойнына алуға, өз бетінше, еркін және тәуелсіз жұмыс істеуге дағдыландырады. 

Мақалалары отандық ғылыми журналдарда жарық көрген. Қазіргі таңда толерантты журналистика, автобиографиялық фильмдерге қатысты зерттеу жұмыстарымен айналысады.
