Responsibilities
- Systematic processing of HR documentation in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Timely and high-quality preparation of HR records and reporting on employees;
- Ensuring compliance of documents related to labor relations with legislative requirements;
- Participation in HR audit, attestation, and internal investigation processes;
- Planning the organizational structure and monitoring personnel movement;
- Conducting electronic document management via DMS, PMS, and HR systems;
- Establishing effective business relations with university departments;
- Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and ethical norms;
- Promptly informing management about errors and risks.
Requirements
- Higher education in Management, Law, or Psychology;
- Certificates in HR administration and labor legislation (an advantage);
- English proficiency level — Intermediate (B1) and higher;
- Written and oral literacy in Kazakh, Russian, and English;
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Apps, Office 365);
- Attention to detail, responsibility, analytical thinking, communication skills.
Conditions
