The goal of the “International Business Law” program is to provide graduate students with deep knowledge and skills in the field of international commercial law, meeting the growing demand for highly qualified professionals. The program focuses on the practical application of law in business, including methods for resolving corporate conflicts, regulating international trade, financial operations, tax law, and legal support for international transactions. The uniqueness of the program lies in the integration of legal knowledge with an understanding of business processes, which prepares graduates for a successful career in the global business environment.
- Analyze and evaluate the historical and philosophical foundations of scientific theories to form a critical perspective on contemporary social and scientific issues.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills in academic and legal writing, legal reasoning, and legal analysis, and make scientific conclusions.
- Solve complex legal problems and apply the results in academic, pedagogical, and legal activities.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of research results, and formulate conclusions and recommendations on issues of German and national law.
- Possess the ability to establish and maintain communicative connections.
- Apply psychological principles and methods in management to resolve corporate conflicts and enhance staff performance.
- Develop and implement modern teaching methods and pedagogical strategies to ensure an effective educational process.
- Analyze legislative and law enforcement practices of international and national law, and make decisions based on the results of the analysis.

Lulu S. Olan’g holds a PhD in Public Policy, she is an Economist, public policy analyst, and researcher with over ten years of experience. She has research expertise in energy policy, sustainability, natural resource governance, and environmental regulation in developing and transition economies. Her work examines the political economy of energy systems, energy transition, ESG implementation, and environmental governance. She has extensive international and institutional experience, having conducted applied policy research, secondary data analysis, and qualitative studies in collaboration with academic and policy-oriented institutions. She has published in peer-reviewed international journals and contributes to policy briefs and applied research aimed at informing decision-making.
Dr. Olan’g is currently a Senior Lecturer at Suleyman Demirel University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in economics and public policy and contributes to curriculum development, assessment design, and student research supervision.

Abylay Tursyn is a Senior Lecturer at SDU University whose academic and research focus centers on applied econometrics and public procurement, with particular interest in strategic models for sustainability and evidence-based evaluation of procurement performance using large-scale administrative data from Kazakhstan. He is a PhD student in Economics and contributes to institutional research activity through work with SDU University’s Regional Development Center, supporting data-driven regional development and policy analysis initiatives. At SDU, he teaches Statistics, Econometrics for Business Analysis, and Applied Analytics, designing practice-oriented assessments that train students to work with real datasets, test hypotheses, and communicate results clearly. Grading Policy
