The full registration fee for the registered participant includes:
- Admission to all sessions (including keynote lectures, round tables, book presentations, and events for Master’s and PhD students)
- Conference bag
- Certificate of attendance
- Refreshments
Note:
- Please note that meals are not included in the conference fee. In Kaskelen (Day 1), daily meal costs are estimated at approximately 5,000–7,000 KZT, while in Almaty (Day 2), they range between 10,000–15,000 KZT. Participants are advised to plan their budgets accordingly.
- Tickets for post-conference city tours must be purchased separately during registration. The cost of the city tour is 200 USD.

The registration fee for the conference can be conveniently paid using the QR codes provided. Please ensure to complete the payment through these codes to confirm your attendance. When making the payment, clearly mention that you are paying for the ICBCB – 2026 conference and include the following details:

SDU University -> Online Payment -> Fill in required fields: Full name -> Your email -> Your phone number -> Choose ‘Conference fee’ -> Enter Conference title as ‘ICBCB – 2026 -> Enter your paper title -> Enter payment amount -> Tick ’Terms and Conditions -> Press ‘Pay’ -> Enter your bank details and press ‘Pay’.
Your payment receipt should be emailed to icbcb@sdu.edu.kz with the subject line titled “Your Full name – ICBCB – 2026 Registration Payment.”
