Listed in the Stanford–Elsevier ranking of the world’s top 2% scientists. Associate Editor of the International Journal of Manpower and Managing Editor of the Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modeling.
Research interests: Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Digital Leadership, Digital Transformation, Labor Market studies, Advanced Quantitative Methods, and the application of structural equation modeling in social science research.
Madina Kenzhegara – PhD, Assistant Professor at SDU University, the Scientific Secretary of the Dissertation Council
Publications: Author of more than 25 scientific articles (including those published in international journals indexed in SCOPUS), 3 textbooks, 2 book chapters, and 1 case study. Reviewer of FIIB Business Review, New Delhi, India (Sage publications) since summer 2024 to present.
Research interests: Entrepreneurship, Inclusive business, disability entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship. Has extensive experience in the administration of higher education programs.
