Gulnaz has joined SDU in 2021 as Director of Quality Assurance Department. As the main task for herself she sees the achievement of professional excellence by SDU, recognition of the University on the international arena and inclusion into the world rankings of universities. Also, she is engaged in the creation of a system of Institutional Research, the implementation of a decision-making approach based on the Data. The range of her tasks also includes institutional and program accreditation. Previously, Gulnaz worked at Nazarbayev University (2012-2021), was a member of the Transformation Office team, worked as a chef specialist of the Supply Chain Management Department. In the period from 2006 to 2012, she worked at the National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", where she was involved in the automatization of business processes and the implementation of the ERP system. During the period from 2003 to 2006 she worked as economist-analyst in the commercial sphere. Her interests include business process reengineering, working with data, analysis and forecasting. Gulnaz likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, travels and discovers new places and experiences.
