Баян Бекболат 2021 жылдан бері Қазақстандағы Сулейман Демирель университетінде (СДУ), инженер және жаратылыстану ғылымдары факультеті, математика кафедрасында оқытушы болып қызымет атқарады. Оның ғылыми қызығушылығы математикалық физика теңдеулері үшін кері есптерді зерттеуге және Данкл анализді дамытуға бағытталған. Баян бос уақытында шахмат ойнап, отбасымен демалғанды ұнатады.
