Profile
Born in Almaty , Kazakhstan in 1963 . Married and has a daughter. Svetlana has a broad teaching experience in English. She has been responsible for English B program of International Baccalaureate and Invigilator at The Oxford Exam in English as a FL and students’ consultant for Trinity Exam in England. Since 2003 she has taught Psychology (Kazakh-American University, Kazakh-British University and International Academy of Business). Currently (since 2007) she is a Senior Lecturer at Suleyman Demirel University. She is the designer of General, Developmental, Social, Cross-cultural Psychology and the author of Self-knowledge , Physiological Development of Pupils and Psychology of FLT. She has upgraded her qualifications of an English and Psychology teacher in Britain , Germany , France and United States. Awards received include: - U.S.A. – Kazakhstan Awards for Excellence in Teaching. ACCELS, 1999 and 2000; - Alternative Nomineé for ACCELS programs for university teachers: JFDP, Edmund Muskie Program, 2003.
