Ayatola Gabdulin graduated from Kazakh National University in Almaty with a degree in Physics. He has over six years of teaching experience and has published several articles in Scopus-indexed journals. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a research assistant at Nazarbayev University, gaining valuable expertise in academia.
Between 2021 and 2023, Ayatola served as Academic Director of the Mugalim Development Scholarship project, driving teacher development and educational innovation. In 2024, he joined SDU University as Coordinator of the Master's Program in Physics.
His research interests include innovative teaching methods, cognitive barriers in learning, and TRIZ. Ayatola is also passionate about understanding personality types and human behavior, which informs his holistic approach to education and student development.
