Berik Sabdenaliyev joined the Suleyman Demirel University (SDU) in 2010 as a teacher assistant. In 2011, after completion of his Master degree he started to work as a senior Lecturer. From 2015 to 2016 Berik was a vice-dean of academic affairs at Faculty of Economics and 2016 to 2018 he was program coordinator of Accounting and Finance at undergraduate level in the same department. Since 2018 he was appointed to his current position of Dean of Business School. His research interest is human resources management and organizational behavior. Berik enjoys sport and reading.
