Akmarzhan Nogaibayeva joined SDU University in Kazakhstan in 2021 as an assistant professor in the Languages Education Department, where she also serves as the department chair. With expertise in higher education, language education, and mixed-methods research, Akmarzhan supervises MA theses, contributing actively to the academic development of her students. Since her tenure began, she has been deeply involved in various initiatives, including the setup of a double-degree program and ongoing collaboration with international scholars. Her research interests span across internationalization in higher education, qualitative studies.
