Turybek Aiym is an early-career researcher in the field of public administration, focused on studying government support for agricultural risk insurance in the Republic of Kazakhstan, particularly in the context of perennial plantations. Her research interests include exploring the prospects for developing agricultural risk insurance, optimizing government support mechanisms, and enhancing the resilience of the agricultural sector.
Aiym currently serves as an Expert of the Reference & Research Service Division at the Scientific Library of SDU University. In this role, she has gained experience in supporting research activities, providing reference services, and assisting researchers and faculty members with access to international research databases and libraries.
Previously, Aiym worked as a senior coordinator in the Research Department at Narxoz University, where she coordinated research projects, edited the journal "Central Asian Economic Review" (included in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan), and organized scientific conferences, seminars, and round tables. She also served as the Secretary of the Research Ethics Committee, gaining experience in research ethics and academic writing standards.
