Today for the Day of Science, the teacher of our university, the famous academician Askar Zhumadildayev and PhD, scientist Kairat Moldashev attended the meeting of President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev and took part in the National Council on Science and Technology.

During the meeting, the president thanked scientists who contributed to the development of science and education, and highlighted problematic issues in the country. “Unfortunately, the development of science in the country has not been given due attention for decades,” the head of state regretted.

Last year it was decided to allocate 625 billion tenge for the development of science over three years. In the future, the state will continue to systematically increase this budget.
