The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for:
- Maintaining a quality assurance system in line with national and international standards
- Enhancing SDU’s business processes and educational opportunities for students
- Conducting internal and external audits for compliance with national and international standards
- Monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing the quality of academic experience and administrative services
- Assessing student and staff satisfaction
The quality monitoring procedures at the university are aimed at ensuring the high quality of all activities offered, with the goal of transforming SDU students into global citizens with professional skills and humanitarian values.
