SDU University Students and Faculty Achieve Success on the International Stage
Representatives of the SDU School of Social Sciences, Business, and Law earned top prizes at the Belt and Road International Speech Competition held in China, once again raising the prestige of our university.
First-year Economics students — Yasir Arslan, Assemay Pulatova, and Zere Turalykova — secured 2nd place at the international International Electric and Energy Market Business Decision Simulation Competition.
Achieving such remarkable success at the very beginning of their academic journey is a testament to the perseverance and hard work of these young students.
In addition, SDU’s 3rd-year PhD candidate and lecturer, Gahwar Bhatti, claimed both 2nd and 3rd prizes at the “SUEP Cup Belt and Road” International Speech Competition.
