A workshop on “Coaching as a Management Style” was held at the university for faculty members, led by executive coach Aida Shynybekova.
She is a trainer for international certification programs at Erickson Coaching International (Canada), with the right to teach and certify coaches according to international standards ICF ACTP in Central Asia, Kazakhstan, the Caucasus, Russia, and CIS countries. She is also a facilitator and practicing consultant in the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (DISC) methodology.
During the workshop, a lecture was given on personal development for teachers and improving work productivity.
In addition to the lectures, special time was allocated for practical tasks. Teachers shared their personal problems with Aida Shynybekova, which arise during teaching and communication with students. Solutions to these problems were presented by the coach, and thus the participants received answers to all their questions.
