Suleyman Demirel University Center for Professional Development and Innovation held a professional training seminar on “Barriers in Secondary Education” for school administrators, methodologists and teachers of Karasay district. This event was aimed to identify problems in secondary education and to share methods for building proper relationships within the team and child-parent relationships. According to the programs, presentations were held on “21st Century Skills, Value Education, Effective Ways to Conduct Meetings, What’s Different About the Alpha Generation and How to Work with Them, Signs of Internal Discomfort”. Also during the event, participants were divided into special groups for sharing experiences.
