Program description
The specialty (training direction) allows you to obtain fundamental knowledge in the field of mathematics, on which a wide range of professions is based: scientists and researchers in the field of mathematics; developers of mathematical models; analysts; programmers; mathematicians in applied fields, especially in economics, finance, business, medicine, science and engineering. The program is designed to encourage both breadth and depth of knowledge in Mathematics.
Learning outcomes
- Knows how to use fundamental knowledge in the field of mathematical analysis, complex and functional analysis, algebra, analytical geometry, differential geometry and topology, differential equations, discrete mathematics and mathematical logic, probability theory, mathematical statistics and random processes, numerical methods, theoretical mechanics in the future professional the activities;
- Аble to solve standard tasks based on information and bibliographic culture with the use of information and communication technologies and taking into account the basic requirements of information security;
- Аble to find, analyze, use in practice mathematical algorithms; to formulate and solve problems in the field of natural sciences.
