Today, the Director of Almaty Regional Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Lyazzat Beisenkulova, visited Suleyman Demirel University. During the meeting with the university administration, the head of department made a suggestion to open a “Young Civil Servants’ School” at SDU. According to her, at Young Civil Service School, students can study online and listen to lectures by experienced civil servants.
“Today we made a visit to SDU to attract young people to the civil service and to invite talented students. As part of the Young Civil Servants’ School, we want to explain to young people what the civil service is all about, what the requirements are for those working in it and what laws they need to know. We provide basic education for students with a certificate. We can also help school graduates who want to enter the civil service by supporting them in the employment process. Today, as the only university in the Almaty region, we want to establish a close relationship with you and work together”, said Lyazzat Beisenkulova.
SDU Rector Alimzhan Igenbayev said he supports the proposal and our university is open to effective cooperation by establishing contacts between students, professors and civil servants.
