The Fund “Kazakhstan Halkyna” decided to increase the number of grants. In total, there will be 2,350 grants for students and applicants for undergraduate programs, as well as a fixed amount of scholarship – 40,000 tenge.
Previously it was planned to provide only 360 grants, but because of the large number of applications this number has been increased.
Educational grants and scholarships for applicants increased to 10 grants for each higher education institution and to 20 grants for national higher education institutions.
Total number of Fund educational grants and scholarships for applicants for 2022-2023 academic year will be 850.
Application documents for the competition for the educational grant of the Fund “Kazakhstan Halkyna” will be accepted OFFLINE from August 10 to 17, 2022.

List of required documents:
- Scanned copy of the applicant’s ID card;
- Colored copy of the parents/legal representative’s ID card;
- Copy of high school/college diploma (with transcript);
- Copy of UNT certificate (any certificate issued in the current year);
- Documentation of one (or more) of the following categories:
– Individuals from low-income families in rural areas;
– Individuals without parental care up to the age of majority;
– Individuals with disabilities;
- If the Applicant is an orphan, a death certificate of the parents or a certificate from the orphanage is required;
- Statement of pension contributions of applicant’s parents for the last six months;
- Information about recipient status of TSA (receiving location – PSC of RK);
- Copies of certificates/diplomas confirming the participation and victory in the Republican Olympiads (if any);
- Copies of certificates/diplomas confirming the participation and victory in national tournaments in the field of culture and sports (if any).
