On December 21, 2021 Suleyman Demirel University held an international virtual conference named “ALLVET project: challenges and solutions for the implementation of the Bologna process in TIPO systems”. The aim of the conference was to discuss the current issues and solutions in the implementation of the Bologna Process principles in the TIPO system within the ALLVET project. The conference was held within the framework of the project 609952-EPP-1-2019-1- RS -EPPKA2- CBHE-JP “HE and VET alliance establishment according to Bologna Principals implementation via VET teachers’ capacity building” (ALLVET), funded by the Erasmus+ program. Heads of academic work departments, researchers and teachers of universities and staff of TIPO system, representatives of government agencies, international organizations and young researchers took part in the conference. Overall there were approximately 60 registered conference participants and 13 speakers presented their topics on pedagogy as well as topics related to realization of ALLVET in their education institutions. Conference participants shared their experiences about transferring to the Bologna process.
One of the major project goals is to prepare a group of experts on the development of educational modules in accordance with the norms of the The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and the Tuning methodology for the training of vocational education teachers. Nowadays, project leaders of the work package “Development” from the University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain) are conducting online workshops for Kazakhstani and Russian partner universities on “Design of 10 Module Curricula ECTS/Tuning Programme”. Before piloting this learning (“Design of 10 Module Curricula ECTS/Tuning Programme”) among TIPO representatives our project researchers must master it and get certified.
