In the frame of the ERASMUS+ project “HE and VET alliance establishment according to Bologna Principals implementation via VET teachers’ capacity building” ALLVET workshops continue to enlighten project researchers in designing and developing ECTS/Tuning curriculum for vocational education teachers. Starting from October 6th, 2021 a series of online workshops on “Design of 10 Module Curricula ECTS/Tuning Programme” were held for project researchers of all partner universities of ALLVET by professionals from University of Deusto. One of the major goals of the project is implementation of the principles of the Bologna Process in the TIPO system and their optimal adaptation to the Kazakh and Russian realities. There are 10 modules in “Design of 10 Module Curricula ECTS/Tuning Programme” to be covered before piloting the final curriculum among vocational education (TIPO) representatives. The modules are:
- Building Curricula (Part A)
- Building a Profile (Part B)
- Building a Profile (Part C)
- Definition of subject specific competences
- Consultation with stakeholders
- ECTS
- Competence Development Mastery Levels, Indicators and Descriptors
- Implementing ECTS
- Formulating Degree Programme Profiles
- Employability and Further Studies
Currently project researchers are working on module 6 of the programme. On November the 29th, 2021 members of the Kazakhstani consortium (SDU, IITU, NU) met at Narxoz University in order to work on the latest assignments of the programme. Projects researchers from Suleyman Demirel University are Diyar Nurmetov, Saltanat Karimsattar, Aida Yergaliyeva, Dmitriy Cherkassov and Ulzhan Urazaliyeva. Online workshops are still continuing to be conducted as there are 4 more modules left.
