Dean of Education Faculty, Professor Akbarov joins the International Conference at Harvard University in Boston. Within the conference framework he used this valuable opportunity to establish scientific contacts with the prominent Harvard professors.
He met with the world-known Professor Howard Gardner who is an American developmental psychologist and the John H. and Elisabeth A. Hobbs Professor of Cognition and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Gardner has written hundreds of research article and thirty books that have been translated into more than thirty languages. He is best known for his theory of multiple intelligences, as outlined in his 1983 book Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences.
Also, Professor Akbarov met with Professor Gennaro Chierchia, Head of the Linguistics Department of Harvard University.
Both meetings were successfully concluded and it was agreed on future collaboration and support to all SDU run conferences and projects.
