The winners of the sixth international competition INFOMATRIX-ASIA have been determined. Within three days, creative senior pupils submitted their own projects in the field of information technology to the jury.

 

According to the jury, each of the projects has its own unique handwriting and is unique. Therefore, it was difficult to determine the best of the best.


- First of all, this is the result of resourcefulness and creativity of young contestants. Therefore, we have creations that unite their own handwriting, a mix of cultural and historical values ​​of each country. The most important thing is that the contest brought together students from different countries through information technologies, strengthened interethnic communication and once again proved that art has no boundaries, - said SDU President Meirbek Majitov.


It is worth noting that six absolute winners from seven categories are Kazakhstani.


So, winners are: robotics - Aldiyar Қabdullov (Kazakhstan), computer programming - Rustem Khasanov (Kazakhstan), computer graphics and art - Lym Hin Jing (Hong Kong ), Baurzhan Orynbaev (Kazakhstan) won the grant in the dronovs race, Gaukhar Turganbekova (Kazakhstan) - control system (hardware), Batyrbek Kayipbay (Kazakhstan) - short films, and Asmir Abdimajit (Kazakhstan) - mathematical projects. Among the remaining participants, the second and third places went to contestants from Hong Kong and Ukraine, who were awarded 50% and 30% grants.

 
450 participants from 15 countries took part in the contest. All of them competed in seven nominations: robotics, programming, computer graphics and art, control systems (hardware), short film, drone racing and mathematical projects.
